Product Description |
| We highly recommend keeping a running or exercise log. When used properly, a running log is both a motivating and diagnostic. Use it to help plan race preparation and, if , heaven forbid, you get injured along to way, it can help you isolate the cause and avoid similar setbacks in the future. Our best selling, non-dated, 52-week log comes with advice from Jeff Galloway, Bill Rogers, and more. |

A Living Book

| This training log book contains plenty of sound advice and guidance from some of the worlds greatest runners on everything from fitting your running into a hectic lifestyle to running a faster race. There is also a very inportant section at the back of the book showing you how to stretch properly before and after a run. The main reason for purchasing this book was so that i could keep a detailed record of all my training runs and races for the year. This book suits this purpose perfectly. |

| I bought this as a present for my husband. He tells me it's great. He likes to keep track of all his running to help him achieve his training goals. |

I have used Runners World Training Logs in the past but when I found the Nathan log book I read the reveiws on Amazon and decided to give it a try.
I am really pleased with the book, I love the layout which isn't fussy but clear and concise. It covers the whole year but as it isn't dated you can start at any point. It also has a check box for weight so as your year progresses you can actually monitor your weight as well if thats what you want.
There is also a recording area for injuries so that you can perhaps analyse how they happened and how you can prevent them in the future.
A very good training log although a little pricey for what it is. |

Seemed a bit expensive...
But I really like the format and have found all the extra charts/tables useful.
There's no pictures/graphics/fluffy bits... just a good, well laid out training log.
The test is... I'll buy another one next year(!) |
