This is the first time I have been for a run for over 5 days due to what seems like an on / off love affair I have been having with colds recently so I was looking forward to getting some fresh air.

I did just over 5 miles seeing a few people walking who I know and I am sure they must have thought that I was mad going for a run. It was an easy run and I did feel a lot better for it.

Now all I have to do is finsh off the remaining turkey and the Christmas cake. Like is tuff sometimes.
